The top gang escaped from French cell again

One of the most dangerous gangsters in France, the 46-year old Rédoine Faïd, has once again escaped from prison.

The device was found burned near Le Bourget, north of Paris, reported French media. Faïd stayed in the prison of Réau, in the southeast of Paris.

The gangster has been convicted several times for offenses. He also received a 25-year sentence for an armed robbery on an armored van in 2010, in which police officer Aurélie Fouquet was shot dead.

He considered himself a gangster 'as it should be', with gears that seemed to come from Hollywood films. He used the same kind of hockey mask as Robert de Niro wore in the film Heat. Faïd did not rob pedestrians in quiet neighborhoods, but liked to attack heavy armored money cars. He did that with heavy artillery.

Also in 2013, the criminal escaped from prison. Faïd escaped from Séquedin prison near Lille using explosives and taking guards into prison.
