Telegram has added new features to the messaging app.
There is now a maximum of two hundred participants in a conversation. A Supergroup is almost the same as a regular group chat, they just default to Silence. That means there are no sound notifications. In addition there have been fewer reports when people leave the group and join us.
In all group discussions can now be appointed administrators. It may then be a person or more. If groups want that every participant can be called admin rights. Administrators can add or remove members. They can also change the group 's name.
