Teddy bears on patrol with police Estonia

Agents in Estonia will soon get along with a special help in their car.

Police officers can use the hugs to comfort children who have a nasty experience. It can be traffic accidents, but also domestic violence. The 25-year-old plankeeper came to the idea when a friend got an accident.

Police cars have to be equipped with the hugsberries before the celebration of Children's Day on June 1. Agents do not have to worry that they are fast by their hugs. A precautionary teddy bear supply is handed to police offices.

In the Netherlands, the police have been using so-called 'traumabeertjes' for a long time to help children.
