Tear gas in Paris, 300 Yellow Hesjes arrested

The French riot police have used tear gas against the thousands of Yellow Hesjes that have gathered in the center of Paris since this morning.

According to France24, at least three hundred demonstrators have already been arrested in the city. Campaigners demand slogans for the resignation of President Emmanuel Macron. They are angry about the announced price increase of fuel in the country.
