Syria agrees with help
The Syrian government agrees,, in principle 'to a request from the UN to bring supplies to the besieged places Madaya, al-Foua and Kefraya.
When the goods are delivered, is not yet known. The UN draw up a detailed list of goods and a request to let teams that can make an assessment of the health situation.
Madaya is besieged by troops of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, while insurgents al-Foua and Kefraya besiege.
