Suspect Oslo Russian teen

Norwegian police have arrested a seventeen year old Russian after the discovery of an improvised explosive device in Oslo.

The 'bomb' was found Saturday in the Greenland area, full of bars, restaurants and mosques. It was, according to the authorities a simple explosive that was only limited damage. The police had already announced that it had arrested a suspect, but resigned when not in detail on the identity of that person.

The teenager is as asylum seekers came to the Scandinavian country with his family in accordance with the Norwegian Public Prosecution. It is yet to find out whether he acted alone. The PST has now increased the threat level in the country.
