Suicide bomber kills army base outside Somalia

At least fifteen people were killed when a car bomb exploded Sunday outside an army base in the Somali capital Mogadishu.

'All the people who were died in the devastated bus,' said a military official. 'Also, soldiers and private security guards are slain. 'The car with the officers that were targeted, would have incurred no damage. 'It was pure luck that was not hit their vehicle,' the official said.

The powerful explosion was heard in many places in the city. After the attack rose a huge smoke cloud. Responsibility for the blast was claimed by terrorist group al-Shabaab. It was reportedly a suicide attack.
