Student fixed for leaking data German politicians

The German police have arrested a 20-year-old student who would be involved in distributing personal information about hundreds of German politicians.

The magazine Der Spiegel reports that the suspect has known in the hacking case. Personal data was put online from hundreds of German politicians, such as telephone numbers, addresses, invoices, chat data and credit card information on the internet. The leak affects members of almost all major parties.

Chancellor Angela Merkel has also been hit. Among the dates are a fax number, e-mail address and several letters, but it would not be particularly sensitive information.
