South Korea is preparing for top

South Korea wants to work on planning a summit between President Moon Jae-in and dictator Kim Jong-un.

The meeting between Moon and Kim has to take place at the end of April in the border village of Panmunjeom. The South Korean government appoints minister Cho Myoung-gyon (Reunification) to lead the delegation to prepare for the meeting, said Moon's chief of staff.

The North Korean leader is likely to have a summit on the agenda for the coming months. The American president Donald Trump was more willing to meet Kim in person. That meeting must also be planned.

The North Korean minister Ri Yong-ho arrived in Sweden this week, which represents the interests of the US in Pyongyang. America has no ties with North Korea. It is speculated that Ri's visit should lay the foundation for the historic meeting between Trump and Kim.
