Six years in prison in allergy case

A British restaurant owner telling a customer with a peanut allergy without a meal served with peanut powder who died as a result, was found guilty by the English court of manslaughter.

Chief Prosecutor Martin Goldman speaks of,, a very tragic case in which Paul Wilson completely unnecessary was killed. '' Zaman replaced almonds for a cheaper nut mix, he knew that a potentially deadly peanut powder in it, says Goldman. Wilson had clearly indicated that Chicken Tikka Masala,, no notes' could contain.
