Shooter California first shot woman dead

The man who shot four people on Tuesday in northern California had killed his wife the night before.

The police reported that the body of the shooter's wife was found in a hole in the floor of the house of the couple.

On Tuesday, 44-year-old Kevin Neal set out with several firearms and shot around him at random, including at a primary school. He shot four more people and wounded fourteen others, including seven children.

Then the shooter was shot by the police. The man would have had mental problems, including through drug and alcohol use and poverty.
