Settings establish new isolation cells

Psychiatric institutions are investing heavily in new separeerruimtes to temporarily isolate aggressive patients.

It often involves rooms with friendly decor and a corresponding 'verpoosruimte 'which are accompanying the patient. These rooms replace the old, bald isolation cells, which resemble a prison and where the supervision is minimal.

The construction of the cells seems to contradict with the policy aim is to 'separation' completely abolished, referring to the UN Convention for the Rights of Man. But finding the settings that the possibility there must be decent, because sometimes there is no other option.
