Set tortured daughter (9) with waterboarding

An American father and stepmother have tortured a 9-year-old girl, daughter of the man, with waterboarding techniques.

Joseph Mitchell (29) and Ilaria Mitchell (28) were arrested last week in Provo, a town in the state of Utah. They would have spawned the girl three times according to a local news medium.
