Set gets 30 years for murder on au pair

A couple from London were sentenced Thursday to thirty years in prison for the torture and murder of their French au pair Sophie Lionnet.

The couple tortured and questioned the victim for days to get a confession. Eventually they decided to kill the girl. Then they burned her body in the garden. The body of the au pair was found on September 20 last year.

The judge in London called the accusation of the 35-year-old woman and 40-year-old man at the address of the au pair and Walton 'a complete invention. '
