Selling iPhone 6 possibly discontinued in Beijing

Apple may need to discontinue sales of its newest iPhone in Beijing.

The iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus display according to the agency agreements with the 100C phone Shenzhen Baili. The US technology group may appeal against the judgment of the Beijing Intellectual Property Office and then in the meantime continue to sell the phones.

The decision relates only to Beijing, but the ruling could set a precedent for future lawsuits against Apple.

Apple declined to comment on the matter, just as inventor Xu Guoxiang, who would be involved in Baili.

The verdict of the Beijing Intellectual Property Office is a new setback for Apple in the technology group's biggest market after the United States. In April, Apple's book and movie services were still blocked. Last month, the tech giant lost a dispute over the exclusive rights to the iPhone trademark since a court in Beijing ruled that a relatively unknown accessory maker may use the name for purses and bags.
