Selfie member Ryan (13) world famous

It was the most remarkable event during the sporting event in America: the Superbowl.

Ryan, who was declared a selfieid during the American football finals on Twitter, was still an unknown kid for the SuperBowl from the equally unknown town of Hingham, in the US state of Massachusetts. But now everybody knows his name.

When Justin Timberlake gave a show during the break of the sporting event, he ran into the audience towards the end of his performance and called everyone to take selfies. Suddenly he stood next to Ryan, but to make matters worse his phone was empty.

On video footage you can see that Ryan seems to be freezing. While the superstar urges him to dance along, the adolescent stares nervously at his phone. The boy finally got his cell phone started just in time and decided to take a selfie with Justin.

'I was speechless, you only get this opportunity once,' Ryan tells American media. 'So I just went for it. Since then, my phone is red-hot. All my friends keep sending me that I am famous. I suddenly have a lot of followers on social media. '

On Twitter, #selfiekid was soon trending. Thanks in part to Ryan's uncomfortable attitude, many people wondered why he was looking at his phone while the American superstar was asking his attention.

'If he ever wins a Nobel Prize, that does not matter,' someone joked. 'In any case, that child will be known as a' self-member 'for the rest of his life. '
