Secret Service Moscow behind hack Bundestag

The hackers who managed to penetrate the beginning of last year in the computer networks of the Bundestag, the German parliament, acting on behalf of the Russian secret service.

So say German security officials to Der Spiegel, the magazine reported Saturday.

The hackers gained access to fourteen servers, including the main server of the Bundestag. They also knew to penetrate a computer in the office of Chancellor Angela Merkel. What data in this way are stolen according to Der Spiegel still unclear.

Following the cyber attack is the computer system completely renewed.
