Search Engine Facebook expanded

Social network Facebook has its engine gave a major upgrade.

The aim is mainly to allow users also to enable them to search for example messages from media and sites. A news retrieval is easy this way. Such messages have priority in displaying the results. The following are messages from friends or posts to which they have or they geliket responded.

For now, the improved search function is only available in English. Dutch who want to try can do so by putting the language on Facebook at " US English ".

For this to work the search, the company needed to index a whopping two trillion messages and make searchable.
