Scholier discovers error in book quantum mechanics

A 15-year-old student discovered an error in a textbook on quantum mechanics.

That reports the NOS. The boy, named Halfdan, found out that the writers talked about the Rutherford-Bohr model, while they meant the Heisenberg-Schrödinger atomic model.

Together with his teacher he sent the improvement to the Education Council in Iceland. His correction has been confirmed by the physicists and the publisher has since been informed of the adaptation in the textbook.
