Saakashvili arrested in Ukraine

Former Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili has announced on Friday that he has been arrested again by the Ukrainian authorities.

Earlier this week he was arrested at his house in Kiev, but then he managed to escape from the police van with the help of supporters.
