Russian pilots drunk for flight

The Russian airline Pobeda fired two pilots after they had tried to fly drunk.

Pobeda said that even alcohol consumption outside working hours was not acceptable to society. After discovering that the men had too much alcohol in their blood during the first check, the pilots asked for a break.

During the second check, however, the situation turned out not to be better, their blood alcohol content had only increased. The pilots were then immediately put on non-active.
