Russia looks at banning Jehovahs Witnesses

The Russian Ministry of Justice leaves out if the Jehovah's Witnesses can be put on the list of extremist organizations.

The religious organization has years of problems with Russian authorities, which sees the group as a pernicious sect. The group has been banned in eight separate regions of Russia and more than eighty of her publications are banned in Russia.

Reason for the study is an order to conclude that requested the Ministry of Justice of the headquarters of the organization in the vicinity of St. Petersburg. The Supreme Court will examine here on April 5.
