Russia: London must come with proof or apologies

The claims made by the British government about the poisoning of ex-spy Sergei Skripal are defamatory and are based on nothing.

London states that the Russian leader himself would have given the order to kill the former Russian double spy Sergei Skripal with a special chemical substance. The substance has been developed as a chemical weapon in the former Soviet Union. Russia has argued earlier that there is no logical reason for the Russian government to get rid of Skripal now.

Skripal and his daughter Joelia were found on a bench in Salisbury on March 4th. They were poisoned with an exceptional kind of nerve gas and are still in a coma.
