Russia holds 24 Ukrainian sailors

Russia holds 24 Ukrainian sailors from three ships.

Three of the Ukrainians were injured in the arrest. They are in the hospital, but are not in danger of life, said Russian human rights commissioner Tatjana Moskalkova.
