Research Committee wants to see a memo from the FBI

A committee of inquiry from the House of Representatives deals with recent allegations addressed to US President Donald Trump.

According to The New York Times, Comey's memorandum states that Trump had asked him to quit his former security advisor Michael Flynn. 'All memoranda, notes, summaries and recordings' must be taken by the commission, including the deliberate memo, 'if it exists', Chaffetz states.

The call was received by Republican Paul Ryan, the chairman of the House of Representatives. Andrew McCabe, the current FBI director, has until May 24 to submit the documents.
