Republicans on a collision course with Trump

Seventeen Republican members of the US Congress on Wednesday put their signature to a resolution that promotes tackling global warming.

The bill was introduced by three Republicans in Congress, Elise Stefanik New York, Carlos Curbelo Florida and Ryan Costello Pennsylvania. The proposal provides for a study into the causes and effects and of acceptable changes in global and regional climate.

Trump has always said that he wants to leave the Parisian climate agreement. Only reluctantly he admitted that the man 'only' affects the climate. However, the Chinese were according to him the 'creators' of the global problem, intended to compete with corporate America. Trump takes the price of reducing greenhouse gases too high.
