Ravage on Lesbos: we are terrified

Many residents of the village of Vrisa on the Greek island of Lesbos spent the night of monday on tents in hotels, tents or a monastery.

Buildings in the village ran a heavy injury on Monday. 'We are talking about complete destruction,' said Mayor Spyros Galinos of Lesbos. Architects still study the extent of the damage, but many buildings would be about to collapse.

'We are terrified. We sleep in cars, 'said resident Ipapanti Georganteli from the nearby community of Plomari. There are also hundreds of Dutch tourists on the island. TUI travel organization reported Monday that there were no panic among the holidaymakers.
