Puerto Rico again without electricity

Almost the whole of Puerto Rico is without power due to a huge disruption.

It is the second major disturbance on the island, which is almost 3.5 million inhabitants, within a week. Last week at least 700,000 people were without electricity because a tree fell over and a vital pipe was hit.

The island is still busy recovering from the hurricane Maria that ravaged the island in a devastating way in September. Then the power came out on a large scale.
