Prototypes iOS surfaced

A device like the iPhone takes quite some time to develop.

The two versions are called P1 and P2. The former was developed by Tony Fadell, one of the designers of the original iPod. That is to abandon the design because the software consists of a Mac-like menu including a 'scroll wheel' as the Apple music player.

P2 is the brainchild of Scott Forstall. This variant looks rougher, but eventually became the basis for the final software. The interface includes large buttons that is clear what function they have.
