Protest Yellow Hesjes continues, Red Cloths announce counteraction

Tens of thousands of people have taken to the streets in France during protests of the so-called Gele Hesjes.

It is the eleventh weekend that the 'gilets jaunes' take to the streets. At first they did so because of an increase in fuel prices. When that measure was reversed, the demonstrators continued to take to the streets. Now no longer with one goal, but out of general dissatisfaction with the government of President Emmanuel Macron.
