Prime Minister of Mugabe already in court

The dismissed Zimbabwean Minister of Finance is the first to appear before a court after the departure of his boss Robert Mugabe.

Chombo was already secured almost two weeks ago. Although he did not see anything, his lawyer claimed that the minister had been mistreated by the masked soldiers who had invaded his house and imprisoned him.

ZANU-PF has put Chombo out of the game last Sunday in anticipation of the developments. He is part of the so-called G40 group, which supported Mugabe and his wife Grace in recent years. The supporters of the Friday sworn president Mnangagwa call for action against the members of that group.
