Power failure puts Venezuela flat

The Venezuelan government has set the country down on Friday because most power has failed.

According to Vice-President Delcy Rodríquez, the fault is 'caused by sabotage of right-wing extremists who are encouraged by imperialism. 'On Thursday afternoon the current also fell in the capital Caracas. The light, the subway, the telephone, the internet, everything fell during rush hour in one of the most dangerous cities in the world, due to violent crime. Power failure is not uncommon in the destitute Venezuela, especially in the west, but it does not happen often in Caracas.
