Possibly soon no power in Gaza

The Palestinian Authority (PA) still refuses to pay the energy bill to Israel for the power delivered to Gaza.

The thrill of flow between the west-supported PA and Gaza, where Hamas sails the scepter, has been in progress for weeks. The inhabitants of Gaza suffered from a limited energy supply of about four to six hours a day.

Gaza is entirely dependent on Israeli power by the failure of the only power plant in the area five weeks ago. However, that country does not want to do direct affairs with Gaza because it regards Hamas as a terrorist organization.

A spokesman for Hamas in Gaza called the PA's decision 'a gross escalation and deed of madness. '
