Possible nuclear incident Russia

According to a French supervisor, there may have been an accident in a nuclear complex in Russia or Kazakhstan.

It is about increased concentrations of the substance ruthenium 106. According to the French IRSN, it is certainly not an accident in a nuclear reactor, because there would be other substances in the cloud. It is thought of an incident in, for example, a health care isotope center, the organization said Friday in the British newspaper The Guardian.

The organization could not tell exactly where the cloud originated. In view of the weather and wind directions, that may be in an area between the Urals and the Wolga.
