Possible attack foiled in Venice

Italian police have arrested four people in Venice who may be plotting a bomb attack on the famous Rialto bridge in that city.

Those arrested were supporters of the terror group Islamic State. Against three other Kosovars under investigation.

Police stopped the group since last year in the holes. Their telephones and apartments were bugged and their message traffic monitored over the internet. The picture that emerged from it ' was disturbing and worrying, '' said the chief prosecutor in Venice, Adelchi D'Ippolito, Thursday.

The Rialto Bridge over the Grand Canal is a major tourist attraction.
