Polish justice Tusk calls for interrogation

EU Minister Donald Tusk has been summoned by the Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw for an interrogation on March 15 in connection with a case against former agents of the secret service.

' Donald Tusk called as a witness in a case against former chiefs of the Military Counter-Intelligence Service (SKW), in charge of cooperation with intelligence services of a foreign country without the required permission from the prime minister, '' said prosecutor Michal Dziekanski.

The case relates to events in 2010 when Tusk was the Polish prime minister. Tusk was released last week by the EU Member States reappointed as President of the European Council, to the displeasure of the current Polish government.
