Police Japan discovers group \u0026 # x27; North Koreans \u0026 # x27;

The Japanese police have found eight alleged North Koreans.

Agents discovered the men at night after a report about a suspicious person. Because the group did not speak Japanese, the police had to call in a translator for the interrogation. The men have told the police to come from North Korea. Their boat would have been damaged when they were fishing for squid and therefore got off course.

It is more common that North Koreans are found in Japan. For example, the coast guard earlier this month brought out three North Korean shipwrecked people who had clung to a turned boat. They indicated that they wanted to return to their homeland.
