Police Barcelona deals with attack with a knife as terror

The Spanish police are dealing with an attack on a Catalan police station as terrorism.

The incident took place in an office of the Catalan police force Mossos d'Esquadra in the district of Cornellà de Llobregat. The attacker had supposedly reported there to request information, but then attacked the policeman. The police have said on Twitter that the man apparently 'wanted to die himself. '

Spanish media have previously reported that the man called 'Allahu Akbar' (God is great), but the police can not confirm that. 'The agent can only remember that the word Allah has been used. The rest was unintelligible, 'said a police chief at a press conference. 'We are currently treating it as a terrorist attack. '
