Plane crashes in water

Sunday a plane landed in the water off the coast of the Israeli city of Tel Aviv.

The pilot ran for some unknown reason lost control of the car and landed in the sea. He and a passenger were still conscious after the crash. How exactly they are doing, is not clear.
