Oscar Pistorius is going to the Constitutional Court to appeal against the judgment of the Court of Appeal in Bloemfontein that he killed his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp.
The court changed the sentence of an ordinary court of manslaughter in the killing, allowing Pistorius back to jail to serve a longer prison sentence. Homicide meant five years in prison, killing at least fifteen years. The athlete lawyer is doing his client on bail hold temporarily from prison.Pistorius shot Steenkamp through the door of the bathroom dead. He has always maintained that he was under the impression that there was an intruder in the bathroom.
