Pilote remains extremely cool via radio: Hole in device and someone outside

The pilot who hit the heavily damaged Boeing 737 of Southwest Airlines safely in Philadelpia, gets all the praise for her performance.

Shults, who was on his way from Dallas to New York with 143 passengers, decided on an emergency landing at 10 kilometers after one of the engines exploded and debris destroyed a window. A woman was then sucked out, but could be pulled back inside. The woman later died of her injuries.
