Penka the cow escapes EU rules and can continue to live

The Bulgarian cow Penka does not come to an end after a trip to a Serbian pasture.

Many people withdrew the fate of Penka, including former Beatle Paul McCartney. The British newspaper Daily Telegraph started a petition. Finally, a veterinarian concluded that the animal had contracted diseases in Serbia, allowing Penka to stay with her flock for the rest of her life.
