Pedestrians shot from car

The police in Germany are investigating a video (see below) which shows how pedestrians have to flee for fire with arrows.

There were no injuries. According to local media, the shelling took place in the Tannenbusch district in Bonn. It happened at a shopping center. When the images are made exactly is not known, but they were uploaded on Saturday.

A local resident filmed the shelling. The images show how deliberately pedestrians are shot. When the car seems to drive away, it comes back again, and then shoots again.
