Party North Korea shows Kim new title

The ruling North Korean Workers' Party, Kim Jong-un Monday promoted to president.

Kim was according to state media for the highest post,, '' nominated in the party at the first party congress since 36 years. On the occasion of the congress dozens of foreign journalists were invited, but they did little to see of the meeting. Instead, they were guided by prestigious institutions in the capital, including a maternity hospital, a cable factory and converted into a museum birthplace of founder Kim Il-sung.

Three journalists from the BBC, who were already in the country to report on a tour of Nobel Prize winners, were arrested and deported. They would have North Korea and its leader,, offended in their dignity '' and,, distorted facts'.
