Parachutist accidentally escaped formation

A professional parachutist accidentally fatalized on Monday near the Swiss Zermatt when a formation jump with three others failed completely.

For unknown reasons, they fell out of course during their free fall. As a result, they had to land on rocky terrain. A second parachutor got seriously injured at landing. The prosecutor has investigated the accident.
