Number decreased top women

The percentage of women on boards of Dutch listed companies this year has fallen to 7.

The decrease is due to two women walked out and were not replaced by a woman. In total, the listed companies now count fifteen female directors at seventeen last year.

The number of women Commissioners has increased from 21.3 to 23.1 percent.

According to the study, Akzo Nobel and TNT the only two companies that meet the target of 30 percent women in the board of directors and supervisory board.
