North Korea hides part of the nuclear arsenal

North Korea is trying to keep part of its nuclear arsenal hidden from the international community.

The intelligence officers told The Washington Post that North Korea is trying to mislead the US government about the number of nuclear warheads and missiles it possesses. Pyongyang would also not play an open card about the bases it has for making nuclear weapons.

Shortly after the historic summit on June 12 between Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, the US president said that there is no longer a nuclear threat from North Korea.

Kim had promised the 'denuclearization' of North Korea at that summit. More than a week ago, Trump said that he still finds North Korea an 'unusual and extraordinary threat' to the security of the US.
