Netanyahu refuses to speak German minister

Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu has terminated the conversation with German Foreign Minister Sigmar Gabriel.

That is against the sore leg of Israel. Environment Minister Elkin of Israel said on the radio that it is 'unthinkable' that a foreign minister speaks with such organizations. 'You can talk to everyone, but do not expect the leaders of this state to meet you,' said Elkin.

Gabriel is amazed at the way things go. It is perfectly normal to have meetings with civil society organizations, says Gabriel. The German met among others representatives of Breaking the Silence and B'Tselem. These organizations pay attention to, among other things, misdemeanors of Israeli soldiers against Palestinians.
