More Venezolans on sanctuary USA

The United States has imposed another ten Venezuelan top officials sanctions.

'These individuals are associated with undermining electoral processes, censoring the media or corruption in government food programs,' reported the US Department of Finance.

The US freeze among other assets of the officials. US citizens can not do business with the Venezuelans in question.

'Our message remains clear,' said US Secretary Steven Mnuchin (Finance). He said in a statement that the US 'did not stay on the sidelines while Maduro's regime continues to destroy democracy and prosperity in Venezuela. '

Washington previously announced sanctions against other Venezuelans, including Vice President Tareck El Aissami. The European Union is expected to launch a weapon embargo on Caracas in the near future, says sources.
