More than 100,000 people have fled from Darfur

Fighting between Sudanese government forces and rebels driven into the mountainous region of Jebel Marra in Darfur have since mid-January more than 100,000 people to flee.

Most displaced people have fled to North Darfur. According to some reports are tens of thousands of people fled to Central Darfur, but for lack of access, the UN can not verify.
